June Crawford is a Director of Aviation Co-ordination Services (Pty) Ltd and Aviation Specialist.
She is also the Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA) – which is an organisation in South Africa that serves to unite and influence the diverse travel and tourism sector to contribute to a competitive, responsible and inclusive tourism economy. In December 2020 June was appointed to the Interim Board of South African Airways.
June is the former CEO of the Board of Airline Representatives of South Africa (BARSA) the representative association of International and African Airlines. She stepped down in April 2020 after 6 years of establishing BARSA as a leading association in the aviation industry.
She is also the Chair of the Aviation Working Group of the South African BRICS Business Council and the only women Chairman of 9 Working Groups. In addition, she is a Board member of the International Women’s Forum of South Africa – a forum for women with only 7000 members globally.
June has held several positions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and has extensive management experience across commercial and operational disciplines in the airline industry. She is a highly motivated business professional with 20 years Board experience in both state-owned and private companies and is a long-standing member of the Institute of Directors of South Africa.
Good Corporate Governance is a key area of focus and interest for June particularly in view of the broad range of stakeholders with whom she interacts. She was appointed by the Hon. Minister of Transport to the position of Non-Executive Director Air Traffic and Navigation Services, which position she held from 2008 to 2012.

Akhona Zodidi Ntsele is an admitted attorney with over 16 years of work experience, most of which was gained in petrochemical multinational companies and mining companies listed in JSE and abroad. She has had opportunities to lead and manage complex themes of B-BBEE in various companies and departments. She has used my legal background to guide and ensure compliance with multifaceted legislation affecting companies and business units.
Her passion for Education and Socio-Economic issues has led her to the development sector, where she focuses on developing and implementing a strategy for investments in Education. She was a part of the core team that formed the BPSA Education Foundation in 2015 thus, she articulated and implemented the strategy and mandate of the Foundation, which is education and skills development.
In 2021, she founded NN Bursary Management company, which provides holistic bursary management and wrap-around support and services to clients and students.
She is also a trustee of the Perfomanta Education Trust as well as the Siyakha Impact Trust.

She expresses confidence that such efforts will significantly enhance the intellectual capital of the organization.
she holds the strong belief that knowledge and experience should be shared, particularly with the youth, to maximize their effectiveness. Being extroverted, she enjoys meeting new people, fostering connections, and sharing insights gained from her 25 years of industry experience. She also emphasizes the importance of refraining from judgment and instead striving to understand and assist others, inspired by the principle of respecting diverse cultures and perspectives in anthropology.

Lebone Nkhmeleni is a dedicated professional proficient in ESG, impact investment, and sustainability, with a keen ability in strategic development and execution across diverse business domains. With extensive experience in various roles, she has contributed significantly to socioeconomic development and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Her journey includes serving as a Strategy and Business Management Lecturer at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria since November 2017, where she facilitates research and knowledge content on strategy, social innovation, responsible leadership, and sustainability.
Prior to this, she played a pivotal role at Growthpoint Properties, overseeing strategic socioeconomic development through corporate social investment, transformation, and sustainability reporting. Her commitment to social causes extends beyond her professional endeavors. Lebone has volunteered her time and expertise as a Sponsorship Sub-Committee Member for The Businesswomen's Association of South Africa, contributing to economic empowerment initiatives.
Additionally, she served as a Youth Minister at Siloam Ministries, demonstrating her dedication to uplifting communities and supporting youth development. Committed to various causes, Lebone actively supports initiatives related to children, civil rights and social action, economic empowerment, education, poverty alleviation, and social services.

- Pursuing a PhD in Business Management at the University of Pretoria, specializing in impact investing and social impact.
- Holds an MPhil in Business Management with a focus on Responsible Leadership from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2015.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Siyakha Consulting, Dionne has actively advised both public and private sector clients in Transformation, Development, and Strategy since leaving the banking industry in 1998. Working in BEE and Transformation since 1998. Working in Sustainability, BEE and Transformation, she guides inward investment, successful commercial settlement in South Africa and supporting businesses to apply world class standards in a way that has local relevance to optimise their successful operation in South Africa and maximise their impact on the South African socio-economic environment.
She is a regular contributor, thought leader and public speaker on key elements of social impact, people, sustainability, shared value maximising impact. With a strong portfolio of local and multinational, private and public sector clients, Dionne has also served on several Executive committees and is an activist on issues of change and development. An avid believer in community development, Dionne remains personally involved in entrepreneurial development, community development, job creation, disability support programmes and youth development.
Dionne has served as a judge for the Black Business Quarterly (BBQ) Awards, the Top Women Awards, the Achiever Awards and the Metropolitan Oliver Empowerment Awards, the Gender Mainstream
Awards, the Top Empowerment Awards and the African Business. Dionne has served as a Chairperson of the National Association of BEE Consultants (NABC). Dionne is the previous Vice-Chairperson and Director of the Association of B-BBEE Professionals (ABP), previous Board member of the British Chamber of Business. Dionne actively advises investors from the United Kingdom, the European
Union and the United States on investing on the African continent and was appointed as one of two “Catalysts” representing South Africa to encourage trade between the UK and South Africa.
Dionne has served as a member of the Wisdom Board for the African Sustainability Network and currently serves as a committee member on the Shared Value Africa Initiative. She is the Beachhead
Advisor for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. She participates regularly in task teams to drive development as well as participating in the Presidential Review Committee report on the State of Transformation in South Africa’s State-Owned Companies, the United Nations review of transformation in South Africa’s agricultural sector.
